They look thin. Will they really hold?
Yes, for light to moderate leaks: the sneeze, the cough, the laugh, the dash to the bathroom. The absorbent core locks it in and the barrier keeps your clothes dry. For heavier leaks or nights, choose our heavy absorbency style.
Is this like wearing a diaper?
Not at all. They're cut and sewn like regular underwear, in colours you'd wear anyway. No plastic feel, no crinkle, no bulk.
What size should I order?
Check the size chart (waist and hips in inches). If you're between sizes, go one size up. If it isn't right, we swap it free within 30 days and you keep the first pair.
Will anyone be able to tell?
No. They're as thin as regular underwear, silent when you move, and nothing shows through trousers or skirts.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold with your normal laundry and hang to dry. Skip fabric softener so the absorbent layer keeps working.
Can I wear them at night?
Our everyday pair is made for daytime leaks. For nights, choose the heavy absorbency style with the thicker core.
