Perfect fit guarantee

If your Gracenest underwear doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll send the new size free, and you don't need to send anything back.

Returns and refunds

You can return unworn, unwashed pairs in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons we can't accept worn or washed underwear back, but our free size exchange above covers fit problems.

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free.

To start a return or exchange, email support@trygracenest.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the return.
